The Rugby Advantage takes its best high-school girls to Salt Lake City for the North American Invitational 7s. It's one of the largest youth sevens festivals in North America, with roughly 30–40 college scouts at each tournament.

Our strongest players, selected to represent The Rugby Advantage in the U18 Girls competition at NAI 7s. In 2026, rosters were capped at 14 per team, with 12 available for any match.

It's an invitational.

NAI 7s evaluates every team that applies. In 2026 it opened registration on Feb 1 and capped the event at 174 teams. TRA will apply on the squad's behalf. The place is confirmed once the tournament accepts the team.

The trial decides it

Every place is earned at the selection trial. Players are scored on the same combine metrics the program tracks all season (Bronco, 40m, broad jump and vertical) alongside skills and live game play. Those scores set the squad.
