One hand-picked squad targeted at the U18 Girls Elite division. Your place is decided at the trial, not on a form.

Our strongest fifteen, selected to represent The Rugby Advantage in the U18 Girls Elite division at Tropical 7s. Tournament rosters are capped at 15, with 12 available for any match. Players must be born on or after 1 Sept 2008.

If interest is strong enough, a second TRA squad may enter the U18 Girls Open division. Register your interest and let us know. We'll confirm once numbers are in.

Division Entry

Elite is by invitation.

Tropical 7s pre-approves every Elite-division team and issues an invitation code before it can register. TRA will apply on the squad's behalf. The division is confirmed once the tournament accepts the team.

The trial decides it

Every place is earned at the selection trial. Players are scored on the same combine metrics the program tracks all season (Bronco, 40m, broad jump and vertical) alongside skills and live game play. Those scores set the squad.
